Two Beach
Trees.
A warm, editorial site for Gregory's three businesses — painting, cleaning and personal help — built to feel like a letter from a trusted neighbor, not a corporate brochure.
One trusted face
Three services under one name. Clients already trust Gregory — the site carries that trust forward.
Service-first layout
Painting, cleaning, personal help each get their own full section. No guessing what you do.
Quote-ready
Every section ends in a "get a quote" pull so visitors never wander without a next step.
Code-based, yours
No templates, no WordPress tax. Built from scratch, owned outright, $0 monthly fees.
neighbor-to-neighbor
Painting. Cleaning.
A hand when life needs one.
Three services, one name you can actually call back. Two Beach Trees is Gregory — twenty years of doing things the way they should be done, for the people next door.
"Three jobs, one neighbor." — What Gregory hears the most, and what we built this site around.
Walls that feel finished, not rushed.
Interior and exterior painting with the kind of prep work most crews skip. Because the prep is the job.
What's included
- Prep the right way — fill, sand, prime, tape. Nothing gets painted over dust.
- Interior rooms — walls, ceilings, trim, doors. Drop cloths on every surface.
- Exterior work — pressure wash, scrape, spot-prime, two coats.
- Cabinets & trim — scuff, fill, spray or brush. Hardware removed and re-hung.
- Clean-up — you shouldn't know we were there, except the walls look new.
Depends on prep, height, and finish. Every quote is itemized — no surprise add-ons on the invoice.
A clean house you didn't have to clean.
Move-outs, deep cleans, weekly touch-ups. Same hands every time — no rotating crew from a call center.
Weekly / Bi-weekly
The standard rotation: kitchen, baths, floors, dusting, trash. Same day, same time, same person.
from $120 / visitDeep Clean
Baseboards, inside appliances, grout, vents, light fixtures. The stuff the weekly clean doesn't touch.
from $280Move-In / Move-Out
Leave it cleaner than you found it. Landlord-grade, security-deposit friendly.
from $350Post-Construction
Dust in every seam. We know — we paint too. We clean up after ourselves and after other crews.
custom quoteThe errands, the lifts, the small stuff that piles up.
For neighbors who need a hand — seniors, busy families, people between things. A trusted person, hourly or by the task.
Errands & shopping
Grocery runs, pharmacy pickups, post office, bank. Receipts kept, change returned.
Rides to appointments
Doctor visits, hair, DMV, family events. Door-to-door, on time, waiting included.
Small fixes around the house
Lightbulbs, batteries, shelves, leaky faucets, yard bags. The list that never gets done.
Organizing & decluttering
Closets, garages, attics. Sort, donate, haul. One afternoon and it's done.
No minimum beyond 1 hour. First 15 minutes of any visit are free consultation.
Twenty years of doing it right, one house at a time.
Two Beach Trees isn't a franchise, a call-center or a marketing front. It's Gregory — the same person who shows up, does the work, and stands behind it. Started the name twenty years ago. Bringing it back now, fuller.
"I'd rather do three things well for the same family than one thing in a rush for ten strangers." — That's the whole business model.
What neighbors say
"Gregory painted our whole downstairs and then offered to take my mother-in-law to her cardiology appointment the next week. I didn't even know he did that too. Who does that?"
— Linda M."Weekly cleaning for almost a year now. Same day every week, never a no-show, never had to re-explain anything. It's the consistency I didn't know I was missing."
— Dan R."He did a move-out clean AND painted the walls white before my lease was up. Got my full deposit back. Saved me a thousand dollars, easy."
— Priya S.Three steps. No salespeople.

Questions we hear a lot
Do I have to book all three services?
No. Most people start with one — paint job, weekly clean, or a few hours of help — and add on if they like how it goes.
Are you insured?
Yes. General liability for painting and cleaning. Personal help visits are covered for property damage.
How do I pay?
Card online (Stripe), cash, or check. Deposits only on painting jobs over $2,000.
What area do you serve?
Local first — roughly a 20-mile radius. Further out is possible for larger jobs, ask.
Can you help my parents while I'm out of town?
Yes — this is actually one of the most requested reasons people call for personal help. Weekly visits, rides, shopping, check-ins.
Tell Gregory what you need.
Free quote. Same-day response. No salespeople, no upsells — just a direct conversation about what you need done.
The thinking behind the design
Cover page
Sets the tone as a warm, editorial piece — not a generic trade site. Positions Gregory as the brand before any service copy.
Hero
"Neighbor-to-neighbor" language pulled directly from the sales call. Gregory self-describes as a direct-contact person; the hero honors that.
Three service sections
Gregory explicitly said "three businesses in one site." Each gets a dedicated visual treatment so no service feels like an afterthought.
About
"I had the name for 20 years" — a line from the call. The 20-year history is the trust anchor; the about section makes it the hero of the story.
Reviews
Placeholder neighbor testimonials show the intended tone. Real reviews sourced during Step 5 (review engine).
Contact
Multiple contact methods because this audience is not uniformly digital-native. Phone and text are load-bearing CTAs, not afterthoughts.
