"Three jobs, one neighbor." — What Gregory hears the most, and what we built this site around.

01 / PAINTING

Walls that feel finished, not rushed.

Interior and exterior painting with the kind of prep work most crews skip. Because the prep is the job.

What's included

  • Prep the right way — fill, sand, prime, tape. Nothing gets painted over dust.
  • Interior rooms — walls, ceilings, trim, doors. Drop cloths on every surface.
  • Exterior work — pressure wash, scrape, spot-prime, two coats.
  • Cabinets & trim — scuff, fill, spray or brush. Hardware removed and re-hung.
  • Clean-up — you shouldn't know we were there, except the walls look new.

TYPICAL RANGE
$2 – $6 / sq ft

Depends on prep, height, and finish. Every quote is itemized — no surprise add-ons on the invoice.

02 / CLEANING SERVICES

A clean house you didn't have to clean.

Move-outs, deep cleans, weekly touch-ups. Same hands every time — no rotating crew from a call center.

Weekly / Bi-weekly

The standard rotation: kitchen, baths, floors, dusting, trash. Same day, same time, same person.

from $120 / visit

Deep Clean

Baseboards, inside appliances, grout, vents, light fixtures. The stuff the weekly clean doesn't touch.

from $280

Move-In / Move-Out

Leave it cleaner than you found it. Landlord-grade, security-deposit friendly.

from $350

Post-Construction

Dust in every seam. We know — we paint too. We clean up after ourselves and after other crews.

ABOUT GREGORY

Twenty years of doing it right, one house at a time.

Two Beach Trees isn't a franchise, a call-center or a marketing front. It's Gregory — the same person who shows up, does the work, and stands behind it. Started the name twenty years ago. Bringing it back now, fuller.

"I'd rather do three things well for the same family than one thing in a rush for ten strangers." — That's the whole business model.

Same handsYou get Gregory, not a rotating crew.
Same numberDirect line. Texts answered.
Same promiseIf it's not right, we fix it. No drama.

What neighbors say

★★★★★

"Gregory painted our whole downstairs and then offered to take my mother-in-law to her cardiology appointment the next week. I didn't even know he did that too. Who does that?"

— Linda M.
★★★★★

"Weekly cleaning for almost a year now. Same day every week, never a no-show, never had to re-explain anything. It's the consistency I didn't know I was missing."

— Dan R.
★★★★★

"He did a move-out clean AND painted the walls white before my lease was up. Got my full deposit back. Saved me a thousand dollars, easy."

— Priya S.

Questions we hear a lot

Do I have to book all three services?

No. Most people start with one — paint job, weekly clean, or a few hours of help — and add on if they like how it goes.

Are you insured?

Yes. General liability for painting and cleaning. Personal help visits are covered for property damage.

How do I pay?

Card online (Stripe), cash, or check. Deposits only on painting jobs over $2,000.

What area do you serve?

Local first — roughly a 20-mile radius. Further out is possible for larger jobs, ask.

Can you help my parents while I'm out of town?

Yes — this is actually one of the most requested reasons people call for personal help. Weekly visits, rides, shopping, check-ins.

RESEARCH APPENDIX · WHY EACH SECTION EXISTS

The thinking behind the design

Cover page

Sets the tone as a warm, editorial piece — not a generic trade site. Positions Gregory as the brand before any service copy.

Hero

"Neighbor-to-neighbor" language pulled directly from the sales call. Gregory self-describes as a direct-contact person; the hero honors that.

Three service sections

Gregory explicitly said "three businesses in one site." Each gets a dedicated visual treatment so no service feels like an afterthought.

About

"I had the name for 20 years" — a line from the call. The 20-year history is the trust anchor; the about section makes it the hero of the story.

Reviews

Placeholder neighbor testimonials show the intended tone. Real reviews sourced during Step 5 (review engine).

Contact

Multiple contact methods because this audience is not uniformly digital-native. Phone and text are load-bearing CTAs, not afterthoughts.

Colors: sand / ocean / driftwood — justified by the brand name and by avoiding the generic red-and-blue trade-contractor palette. Typography: Fraunces (editorial serif) + Inter (body) to feel like a local newspaper feature, not a SaaS landing page.
